Our Guarantee

Oxmoor Financial Solutions, LLC seeks to remove adverse information during the credit restoration process. Occasionally, this cannot be accomplished. As a result, our clients are protected by the company's 180-day guarantee. These are the terms and conditions of the guarantee:

  1. 180-Day Eligibility Period: Clients must be actively involved in the restoration process for a minimum of 180 days to make a refund request. If clients stop their involvement or stop paying during the initial 180-day period, then this will “VOID” the guarantee, and no refund will be granted.
  2. No New Negative Items: Clients must refrain from creating or causing any new negative items to be added to their credit reports after starting the program.
  3. Current Payments: Clients must make all payments due to Oxmoor Financial Solutions, LLC, on time as per the client agreement.
  4. Proof of Identity: Clients must provide proof of identity within three (3) days of the effective date of the client agreement by providing a copy of their driver's license, social security card, and proof of residence (Utility bill, etc.)
  5. Requesting a Refund: Oxmoor Financial Solutions, LLC clients are allowed 30 days from the date of a refund request to review credit bureau reports assessing client accounts to determine whether any negative items were removed. Refund requests must be made in the 30-day period between 181 and 210 days from the receipt of the first payment initiating the restoration process.
  6. Waiver of Refund: If a client decides to continue in the program beyond 210 days, then they waive the right to demand or receive a refund. These terms and conditions make sure our clients are actively involved in the restoration process, are maintaining fiscal responsibility and will allow Oxmoor Financial Solutions, LLC satisfactory time to review their progress before a refund is granted.
